*Tuition is due by the first class your child has following the 1st of each
month. A payment of the first month's tuition is due during Registration to reserve class space.
*A $15.00 late
fee will be applied to any delinquent accounts.
*A service charge of $25.00 will be posted on accounts with any
returned checks.
*Class size is limited and waiting lists will be created, when necessary.
*Make-up
classes are permitted, but must be done so before the end of each semester.
*Please make sure your dancer arrives
on time to ensure their participation in our warm-up and is properly dressed, no baggy clothes. Regular attendance is vital
for the continued progress of each dancer.
*Hair needs to be pulled away from face for all dance classes. Hair
buns are required for all ballet classes.
*Dancers need to change into their dance shoes once in the studio. Street
shoes are not allowed on our dance floor.
*We will have a Spring Performance that will involve extra expenses for
costumes. Costumes will not be ordered if balance is not paid in full by October 31, 2017. If you are purchasing
4 or more costumes, you may use our monthly payment plan, but balance needs to be paid in full on or before February 1, 2018.
*Dancers must attend all scheduled rehearsals in order to perform in our shows.
*Any dancer who misses either show without an approved reason, will not be able to participate in the following year's
dance curriculum.
*All tuition/fees must be paid in full by March 30, 2018 in order for each dancer to perform
in our shows.
*Anyone not wishing to have their child's picture printed in the newspaper or any other publication,
needs to put this in writing and submit to the Owner.
*Gotta DANCE! School of Performing Arts, Inc. assumes no
responsibility for personal injury.
*In the event of inclement
weather, call the Studio by 2:00pm with regard to cancellation of classes. We will not always follow area school systems'
closings.
